Barnet eller den unge v\u00e6lger forskellige undskyldninger for ikke at tage i skole om morgenen. <br>Lad os g\u00f8re en forskel sammen<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-ast-global-color-3-color has-ast-global-color-5-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/system.easypractice.net\/book\/center-for-alternativ-behandling-1?calendar=29754\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Book online<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-lqevxiol alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-79840194 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvad er skolev\u00e6gring?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Definitionen af v\u00e6gring er \u201dmodstanden mod at udf\u00f8re en bestemt opgave.\u201d Der findes ikke en officiel diagnose for skolev\u00e6gring, men termen bruges til at beskrive situationer, hvor et barn eller en ung person i l\u00e6ngere tid n\u00e6gter at tage i skole, hvilket resulterer i betydeligt frav\u00e6r fra undervisningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betegnelsen skolev\u00e6gring er begr\u00e6nset til aldersgruppen 5-18 \u00e5r og d\u00e6kker dermed over b\u00f8rn i skolealderen. Dog kan unge over 18 \u00e5r ogs\u00e5 opleve symptomer, der f\u00f8rer til betydeligt frav\u00e6r fra deres ungdomsuddannelse eller videreg\u00e5ende uddannelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00f8jt eller situationspr\u00e6get skolefrav\u00e6r er derfor ofte et tegn p\u00e5 mistrivsel hos barnet og den unge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvorfor skolev\u00e6gring?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c5rsagerne til skolev\u00e6gring er mangeartede og kan blandt andet v\u00e6re relateret til faglige udfordringer, mobning eller et d\u00e5rligt undervisningsmilj\u00f8. Nogle gange skyldes skolev\u00e6gring derimod problemer, der slet ikke har noget at g\u00f8re med skolen \u2013 h\u00e6ndelser som kan v\u00e6re traumatiske for et barn eller en ung person og fremkalde tanker og f\u00f8lelser, der kr\u00e6ver bearbejdning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re underliggende problemstillinger eller diagnoser, der ligger til grund for skolev\u00e6gring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>socialkognitive diagnoser som ADHD og autismespektrumforstyrrelse,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00e5virkning af stress (tilpasningsreaktion)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diagnosticeret med en depression<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>angst<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Angst og \u00e6ngstelighed, ubehag, bekymring og katastrofetanker er dog ofte en indikator som munder ud i nedenst\u00e5ende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Social angst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separationsangst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e6stationsangst<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Danmark er der en stigende tendens til, at flere elever lider af skolev\u00e6gring. Forskningen peger p\u00e5, at denne stigning kan tilskrives de \u00e6ndringer, der er sket som f\u00f8lge af \u00e6ndrede klasser og undervisningsforhold. Der er nu flere elever i klasserne end for blot f\u00e5 \u00e5r siden, hvilket medf\u00f8rer et h\u00f8jere st\u00f8jniveau og l\u00e6ngere undervisningstimer samt begr\u00e6nsede muligheder for at f\u00e5 ro. Desuden er ressourcerne til sensitive og udsatte b\u00f8rn ogs\u00e5 knappe. Disse forhold er ofte sv\u00e6re at \u00e6ndre, men de bidrager til, at nogle b\u00f8rn og unge har sv\u00e6rt ved at tage afsted til skole og ungdomsuddannelser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Relation til et barn med skolev\u00e6gring<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er h\u00e5rdt og frustrerende at st\u00e5 med et barn eller en ung, der de fleste morgener m\u00f8der dig med v\u00e6gring overfor skolen. Som for\u00e6ldre kan kampen om at f\u00e5 barnet i skole v\u00e6re b\u00e5de h\u00e5rd og opslidende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Som for\u00e6ldre st\u00e5r I m\u00e5ske og t\u00e6nker: \u201dHvad g\u00f8r vi forkert?\u201d, \u201dHvordan kan vi hj\u00e6lpe vores barn?\u201d Eller \u201dHvorfor er det s\u00e5 sv\u00e6rt? det er helt naturlig reaktion, at man som for\u00e6ldre ser ind i sig selv, men det er sj\u00e6ldent at hj\u00e6lpen ligger i for\u00e6ldrerollen, for langt de fleste familier der er ramt af skolev\u00e6gring, vil det v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendigt at modtage professionel hj\u00e6lp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lider mit barn af skolev\u00e6gring<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f8rst og fremmest er det vigtigt at finde ud af hvad og hvilke udfordringer I som for\u00e6ldre st\u00e5r med, lider barnet af skolev\u00e6gring eller er der andet, der skal tages h\u00f8jde for. Det kan v\u00e6re utrolig sv\u00e6rt at tolke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barnet eller den unge er ved skolev\u00e6gring ofte frav\u00e6rende flere dage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ved skolev\u00e6gring starter symptomerne typisk med at ligne almene fysiske sygdomssymptomer som mavepine, hovedpine og kvalme \u2013 men eskalerer over tid og begynder at p\u00e5virke barnet psykisk i form af fx hum\u00f8rsvingninger eller nedstemthed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barnet oplever ved skolev\u00e6gring stort f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssigt ubehag \u2013 det er m\u00e5ske \u00e6ngsteligt, panisk eller nedsl\u00e5et.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Helt grundl\u00e6ggende:&nbsp;<\/strong>Skolev\u00e6gring er, n\u00e5r barnet ikke&nbsp;<strong>kan<\/strong>&nbsp;tage i skole \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u00e5dan hj\u00e6lper du et barn med skolev\u00e6gring \u2013 i hjemmet:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skolev\u00e6gring kan anses som barnets forsvarsmekanisme. Barnet g\u00f8r, hvad det kan for at undg\u00e5 at havne i situationer, hvor det ikke trives eller bliver overstimuleret. Barnet k\u00e6mper for sin egen trivsel&nbsp;<em>her og nu<\/em>, og er ikke selv opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 at d\u00e9t at undg\u00e5 skolegang ikke er den bedste m\u00e5de at sikre sin trivsel i det lange l\u00f8b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er derfor, som for\u00e6lder vigtigt at udvise forst\u00e5else og anerkende barnets vanskeligheder uden at forst\u00e6rke deres frygt. Desuden kan man som for\u00e6lder st\u00f8tte op om, at barnet trives i andre parametre af sit liv, fx ved at s\u00f8rge for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En normal d\u00f8gnrytme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sund og regelm\u00e6ssig kost, der ikke giver fysisk ubehag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frisk luft og bev\u00e6gelse \u2013 fx en fritidsinteresse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fysiske aftaler \u2013 gerne med elever fra klassen \u2013 hvis I kan se at det giver mening<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anerkendelse og st\u00f8tte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Terapeutisk tilgang<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det ville v\u00e6re sk\u00f8nt, hvis vi kunne klare skolev\u00e6gring med en pille, det kan vi ikke, men vi kan guide, vejlede og coache barnet eller den unge, til en god skolestrategi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De f\u00f8rste tegn p\u00e5 skolev\u00e6gring ses ofte i hjemmet, n\u00e5r det at komme afsted i skole bliver sv\u00e6rt. Sker det hyppigt og er det tiltagende, vil det blive tilsvarende sv\u00e6rere for barnet og den unge at komme tilbage til skolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skolev\u00e6gring kan heldigvis afhj\u00e6lpes, Tidlig indsats er vigtigt, her handler det ikke om alder, men om at gribe fat i os, ved den f\u00f8rste mistanke om at barnets eller den unges frav\u00e6r kunne v\u00e6re begyndende skolev\u00e6gring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skolev\u00e6gring er dog et komplekst f\u00e6nomen og derfor tilpasses handleplanen den enkelte, familien og skolen, s\u00e5 processen er tryg og overskuelig for alle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hos Center for alternativ behandling har vi erfaring med at hj\u00e6lpe b\u00f8rn og unge tilbage til en god stabil skolegang. Vi arbejder med baggrund i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cfab.dk\/blog\/hesteassisteret-psykoterapi\/\">AVHTT\u00aePsykoterapi&nbsp;<\/a>en kropsorienteret, l\u00e6rings og neurop\u00e6dagogisk tilgang med rod i vores mere konventionelle uddannelser som fag- og folkeskolel\u00e6rer og socialp\u00e6dagog<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vores terapeuter&nbsp;har viden om og erfaring med skolev\u00e6gring p\u00e5 flere planer og yder r\u00e5dgivning til hhv. barnet, for\u00e6ldrene eller skolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derudover kan vi tilbyde terapeutiske forl\u00f8b der kan fastholde den gode skolegang og samarbejde med skole og kommunale instanser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi ser barnet og den unge som en helhed dvs. at behandling ikke kun handler om coaching og vejledning, men i h\u00f8j grad ogs\u00e5 om fysisk velv\u00e6re, motion og positiv p\u00e5virkning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skolev\u00e6grings forl\u00f8b<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f8rste gang vi m\u00f8des kommer b\u00e5de barn eller den unge samme med sine for\u00e6ldre, vi tager en helt uforpligtende snak, der ofte vil handle om synlige udfordringer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi forklarer lidt om vores indgang til behandling af skolev\u00e6gring, hvad vores baggrund er for at kunne g\u00f8re en forskel samt det grundl\u00e6ggende forl\u00f8b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Herefter forventningsafstemmer vi b\u00e5de med barnet, den unge og for\u00e6ldrene. Det ser vi som en vigtig del af den kommende behandlingsplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi tager samtidig en naturmedicinsk sundhedstest, regenerations programmet sendes p\u00e5 mail til for\u00e6ldrene og evt. den unge selv (det aftaler vi individuelt) og n\u00e5r vi m\u00f8des n\u00e6ste gang med barnet eller den unge snakker vi om, hvad testen viser samt hvorfor vi evt. anbefaler \u00e6ndrede kost, vitaminer og mineraler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r kroppen er i balance, sp\u00e6ndinger slipper og roen indfinder sig er det langt nemmere at h\u00e5ndterer psyken, derfor er den manuelle behandling vigtigt for forl\u00f8bet og ofte en del af forl\u00f8bet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samtalen, kan ofte v\u00e6re sv\u00e6r, men er n\u00f8dvendig, at sidde og snakke med en terapeut, n\u00e5r man er barn eller ung er m\u00e5ske ikke det man gl\u00e6der sig mest til og derfor bruger vi bev\u00e6gelsen og fysisk aktivitet som indgang til en god og givende samtale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r det kommer til fysisk aktivitet, kan vi p\u00e5 center for alternativ behandling tilbyde forskellige muligheder i forl\u00f8bet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/xn--vestsjllandsrideterapi-h6b.dk\/rideterapeutisk-forlob\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rideterapeutisk forl\u00f8b<\/a>&nbsp;ser vi som et fantastisk givende tilbud, her bliver hele kroppen brugt og i tilgift er omgange med heste eller ponyer uden sidestykke for mental optimering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvis fysisk aktivitet er sv\u00e6r, vil vi ofte tage snakken og coaching samtidig med at vi g\u00e5r tur med en hund eller vi kan s\u00e6tte os i h\u00f8nseg\u00e5rden, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vigtigst er at vi f\u00e5r indarbejdet \u00f8velser der styrker barnets eller den unges mentale sundhed, s\u00e5 vedkommende bliver sat i stand til at handle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi bruger dyr aktivt i terapien, fordi dyr er de bedste terapeuter, har dit barn allergi vil vi selvf\u00f8lgeig ikke anbefale dyr, det er ikke noget problem og en session vil indeholde \u00f8velser og fysisk aktivitet osv. uden dyr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi glemmer heller ikke for\u00e6ldre og s\u00f8skende, der st\u00e5r i en lige s\u00e5 h\u00e5bl\u00f8s situation som barnet eller den unge. Det er vigtigt at hele familien er en del af den terapeutisk behandling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For\u00e6ldre bliver inviteret til at deltage i det rideterapeutiske forl\u00f8b, s\u00e5dan at oplevelsen kan genopleves der hjemme og virke som en buffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samtidig l\u00e6gger vi v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 at for\u00e6ldre er en aktiv del af forl\u00f8bet, Vi holder, hvad vi kalder strategi m\u00f8der, hvor det er for\u00e6ldrenes rolle der er i spil, vi vejleder og coacher s\u00e5 I kan st\u00f8tte jeres barn eller den unges forl\u00f8b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Individuelle forl\u00f8b<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi anbefaler og arbejder med individuelle forl\u00f8b, det betyder at vi fra start ikke kan s\u00e6tte tid p\u00e5, det betyder ogs\u00e5 at vi evaluerer l\u00f8bende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tilbage efter skolev\u00e6gring<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r barnet eller den unge skal tilbage i den normale skolerutine, skal det v\u00e6re trygt og roligt for b\u00e5de barn, den unge og for\u00e6ldrene, derfor tilbyder vi altid at tage med til et indk\u00f8ringsm\u00f8de med skolen. Vi er med til at planl\u00e6gge stimulering af barnets og den unges sociale behov- gennem aftaler gerne med klassekammerater s\u00e5 de sociale rammer er i en opbygningsfase inden i skole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I vil som familie i samarbejde med vores terapeuter (Kaj eller Jette) og gerne skole udarbejde en handlingsplan.
