Nogle gange er vi heldige at kunne m\u00e6rke og forudse en kommende stressproblematik, hvilket giver os muligheden for at tage forholdsregler for vores egen skyld, inden belastningen bliver overv\u00e6ldende. Desv\u00e6rre er der mange af os, der ikke kan se det komme og derfor ikke f\u00e5r h\u00e5ndteret problemerne i tide, f\u00f8r vi befinder os i en situation, hvor vi har brug for ekstern hj\u00e6lp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Det er v\u00e6sentligt, at vi identificerer og anerkender stress som et symptom p\u00e5 en underliggende \u00e5rsag, og det er netop denne \u00e5rsag, vi skal tage fat p\u00e5 ved hj\u00e6lp af en kombination af de f\u00f8lgende terapiformer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om du vil forebygge stress eller du st\u00e5r midt i en akutsituation, kan et stress h\u00e5ndterings forl\u00f8b v\u00e6re en rigtig god&nbsp; hj\u00e6lp p\u00e5 din vej til at h\u00e5ndterer og komme igennem en stressudfordring.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Forebyggelse af stress belastninger: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ja, det er muligt at forebygge en stressbelastning, og det beh\u00f8ver faktisk ikke at v\u00e6re s\u00e5 kompliceret. Det vigtigste er at erkende, at det er n\u00f8dvendigt for den enkelte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En krop under pres er en frugtbar jord for stress, s\u00e5 n\u00e5r vi taler om forebyggelse, handler det grundl\u00e6ggende om at tage vare p\u00e5 de basale fysiske behov. Kosten har betydning, ligesom vitaminer, mineraler og fedtsyrer samt en kropslig balance i bev\u00e6gelse ogs\u00e5 spiller ind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et stress h\u00e5ndterings forl\u00f8b handler ud over de helt basale behov i h\u00f8j grad ogs\u00e5 om strategi og struktur i en individuel kontekst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a
